Description:
Capable of accommodating 1,000 people for room and board, the Chientan YAC is not only the China Youth League's biggest study and training centre, but also the most comprehensive education and training facility in Taipei . The Centre is divided into 3 areas for teaching, residence and meetings. In addition, there is a large, high-ceiling, multi-purpose hall with exhibition space.

Getting There:
Just a short 10 minute walk from Chientan MRT, not far from the famous Shilin Night Market, and overlooking the beautiful Grand Hotel.

Description

Situated in the Chuehpanshan Park of Taoyuan County, the Fuhsing Youth Activity Center is the starting point of the Northern Cross-Island Highway. Surrounded by the most beautiful forest at 410 meter above sea level, the center is the original Chiaopanshan Lodge of the former President Chiang Kai-Shek. The “ Couple Trees” hand-grown by Chiang and his wife are now embracing each other like a husband and wife deeply in love.

中山高下頭份交流道後往三灣方向→ 124縣道 → 台3線(往三灣方向)
→ 三灣 → 124甲縣道 → 獅頭山 → 南庄 →南庄老街(7-11)→ 過南庄大橋右轉,
順沿指標前行至124甲縣道30.2公里附近即可看見栗田庄山下路口的
招牌， 左轉上山約2分鐘即可到達。
搭車族：
A.搭火車-【竹南】火車站→改搭苗栗客運往南庄線(約20分鐘一班)，南庄老街總站下車(約60分鐘)
B.搭國光號-頭份站下車→走路至苗栗客運頭份總站搭往南庄線(約20分鐘一班)，南庄老街總站下車(約50分鐘)
到南庄老街後，車站旁即可叫私家車進栗田庄喔(100元/趟)，當日住宿貴賓可來電栗田庄，人力許可的情況

Description:
This YAC lies within the Sun-Moon Lake National Scenic Area, 800 meters above sea level. The Center's grounds, covering almost 9 hectares, resemble a green & grassy fairyland.

The Center is a favorite place for tourists to stay when visiting Sun-Moon Lake . Government departments and private companies also take advantage of the professional facilities available to conduct training seminars and host business retreats.

Facilities include accommodation, restaurant, campfire area, bicycles rental service, aboriginal artifacts area, butterfly ecology garden, natural ecology classroom, golf practice field, Ching-hsin Garden Cafe, and a project adventure education school.

Boat tours around the lake are a popular way to take in the beauty and enormity of the area. Cycling around Sun-Moon Lake is a great way to visit ancient Chinese temples and monasteries.

Getting There:
From Taipei , take a bus which terminates at Shuishe Village ( Sun Moon Lake Village ), and then take a local bus or a taxi to the nearby YAC.

rom Taichung , take a two-hour Renyou bus (twice daily) to Shuishe Village , or alternatively, take a more frequent one-hour Fengyuan bus to Puli and then transfer to a Fengrong bus which depart every hour to Sun Moon Lake .
